Should the slave microcontroller power up/down the ports selectively

As otherwise, all the ports only get powered up when asking for a time from the RTC.

It might be better to allow the slave-micro to power on the SDI-12, 4-20mA & 0-5V ADC inputs when making a reading, instead of directly from the slave_wake signal.
